The Restless Saboteur started life in the tranquil westcountry village of Combe Down. But a life of scrumping apples and evading sheep can only get you so far in the design world. So the Restless feet soon found their way to the metropolitan lights of Central St Martin’s. Nick applied at the same time as Kanye West. Nick was accepted, Kanye wasn't and the rest, as they say, is history. When he's not upstaging rappers, running, cycling or hiking, Nick loves design that moves and baking. The possibilities of movement has opened up whole new vistas in the world of design. We haven't yet seen a moving cake, but the potential is clearly there.
