As well as being a brilliantly flexible designer, Pete is tall, fair-haired, charming and reasonable, so he has already stretched the definition of a Scotsman way beyond anything you might have imagined. He is also an expert in online gaming and designed some of the biggest brands in the world. Pete is as skilled in a kitchen as he is in a studio and has spent years perfecting the best mashed potato recipe in the world in the belief that, if you get the basics right, the rest is just decoration. He has a fine collection of chef's knives - can tell a nakiri from a sushikiri - and the scars to prove it, often hidden behind discreet, elastic, plasters.
